Artist’s Biography:
Bert Otto studied at the Academy of Free Arts in Vlaardingen. Being a fanatic sailor, he also studied Maritime Arts. With his "spirit of liberty" Bert currently creates original works of art in watercolor or acryl, using bright colors, sometimes heavily textured or totally smooth in a figurative, abstract or impressionistic way. The artist describes painting as "an experiment".
