Koons and Murakami are in 11th and 28th position on the list respectively, and reflect the increasing dominance of artists equipped with large, factory-like production studios.The flip side of all this is a desire for something more "authentic" and less about branding, one reason why graffiti artist Banksy crashes on to the list at number 63.
