Asian art takes centre stage in London this weekend as a host of dealers hold late-night shows in Kensington on Saturday, St James on Sunday, and Mayfair on Monday evening. Mughal jewellery, Korean painting, Islamic glass, Indian miniatures, Chinese ceramics and much more are on offer, plus a programme of related cultural events. The British Museum, for example, has a workshop demonstrating Japanese lacquercraft; Asia House offers a one-day symposium on the transmission of Buddhist art across Asia.
