Today, the Singapore Sun Festival returns for a second year, mixing theater, art, music, wine, fine dining and tai chi. Opera star Kiri Te Kanawa will sing Puccini; actor Geoffrey Rush (Captain Barbossa in ``Pirates of the Caribbean'') will narrate ``Peter and the Wolf;'' Sergio Mendes will spin his Brazilian melodies; and Chicago chef Charlie Trotter will dish up Kumomoto oysters and venison.
