Plenty of dealers are worried about potential conflicts of interest between Christie's and their Haunch of Venison gallery when it comes to issues such as client privacy, mailing lists, and bidder and buyer information. ``It's a merger of power that could make it difficult for galleries without that huge capital to compete,'' said Ann Freedman, director of Knoedler & Co, a gallery on New York's Upper East Side.
