Exhibition Description:

A tantalizing glimpse of the enormous outflow of creativity in contemporary Philippine art today. The artists have used diverse approaches to examine their subjects, resulting in highly individualised works, which are created on canvas and paper.

The Philippines, with its wealth of artistic traditions, is itself a source of inspiration for these artists. They have employed a variety of medium and techniques in creating figurative and abstract works, the two most dominant styles in Philippine contemporary art today.

This exhibitions is not only about a few successful artists, these artists are all interconnected by their origins and the resulting ability to show us unique ways of seeing or looking at things.
